We're looking for mature, reliable reception and administration staff to join one of the Gold Coast's longest established gentlemen's clubs.No adult industry experience? That's perfectly okay.If you're friendly, organised and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you.✔ Training Provided.
✔ Flexible Rotating Roster.
✔ Must be available to works days and night shift.
✔ 2–3 Shifts Per Week.
About The Role
More Than Just ReceptionYou'll be the first point of contact for our guests and play an important role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the venue.Your responsibilities may include:
Greeting guests professionally
Answering telephone enquiries
Managing bookings and appointments
Basic administration duties
Email correspondence
Social media assistance
General office organisation
Supporting management and the team
Helping create a welcoming and professional atmosphere
Who We're Looking For
You Could Be Perfect If You...
Are 35 years or older
Have excellent communication skills
Enjoy talking with people
Have a confident and professional phone manner
Have basic computer skills
Comfortable using:
- Microsoft Word
- Email
- Social Media
- Internet
Can work independently
Enjoy working within a team
Have some sales or customer service experience
Are reliable and punctual
Have your own reliable vehicle
